that's what i heard, Doc.
but the thing is it will come back again in a few days, so u will create (if u didn't do that already) a vicious circle.
in addition, to act like a man that u wanna get to b, u need to increase those testosterone levels.
so what u need to do is: to try to mantain longer and longer periods of not masturbating. u will feel how the tension in ur muscles increase and if ur not a woosy, the tension will get to a level where you will b unable to behave in the presence of women and will finaly decide that it's time to masturbate again... or not!

Masturbation and porn addictions lead to shame, guilt, and worry. All potentially disabling emotions. In fact, you probably feel a combination of these feelings right now. I know I did.
But the more I understood about why I was using porn and masturbation to hide from my problems, the closer I moved towards acting in a sexually healthy manner. I'll walk you through several exercises designed to help you understand yourself and how you came to have this addiction.
Right now, you are engaged in negative, probably compulsive masturbation. You are abusing your natural ability to enjoy your body. It has been thoerized that prostate problems fo hand in hand with not enough relief... so if ya need to clean the pipes, then do so.
Most "normal" men will admit to masturbating (yes, even the married ones) as a way of quick relief... as long as you aren't doing this to avoid interaction with others or it interferes with your life (like if you are late to work often because your busy playing with your hamster)
Many men report being sleepy after ejeculating (there is actually a chemical reaction that causes this).. so perhaps this will help with sleep & if you are a sleepy afterwards type of person, you may want to avoid a first thing in the morning release unless you plan on fighting sleepiness all day.
Masturbation is a great way to get to know yourself & what feels best to you... it is also a great way to build stamina & keep yourself in check so that you have the ability to maintain yourself when around/with a woman.

No, testosterone is one of the triggers to masturbation but it does not reduce it, at least not for longer than a short period afterwards.

No! Masturbation isn't bad for you at all, no matter what anyone says. It's actually good for you. It gets the heart pumping. As long as you still have a penis and you are still eating and drinking, you are still producing testosterone and sperm.

Not at all. If anything, it would increase the output of testosterone by it's constant demands on the testicles to maintain production of sperm. However, I don't think anyone has done enough testign to prove that yet.
