they are actually called a weavel and is caused when flour is not stored correctly or been left to long

flour mites are those little bugs you discover in your flour, cereal, rice and other boxed foods when they sit too long, they say you should buy cannisters for your items so they can last longer and there won't be any bugs.

small black bugs that live and will grow in flour- you can find them in yours- they when the population has increased it looks like someone may have spilt pepper in the flour...yumm
