Bill Gates was the world's first centibillionaire but since Microsoft's share price has fallen and he's given away much of his fortune, he's only worth about $53 billion now. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bill_Gates#Influence_and_wealth)

20 billion dollar bills would stretch 5428 miles into space (http://hypertextbook.com/facts/1999/DeneneWilliams.shtml). This would make 53 billion notes stretch 23 149.126 kilometers.

A better estimate (http://www.moneyfactory.gov/document.cfm/18/106) puts the thickness of a dollar bill at .0043 inches or 109.22 micrometers. This means that 53 billion bills would have a height of 5 788.66 kilometers (http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=.0043+inches+*+53+billion).

The Empire State building is only 1,250 feet (381 m) high or 1,472 feet (448 m) to the top of its antennae (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Empire_State_Building) so Bill Gates' fortune would be much much higher. His money is roughly equivalent to the radius of the earth.

Bill gates has about $53 billion
notes measure 2.61 by 6.14 by 0.0043 inches
so if he puts $53,000,000,000 on top of each others he would have a high of
53*10^9 * 0.0043 = 227,900,000 inches
= 3596.906565 miles !!!!
can u imagine the hight of 3600 miles?????
I dont think so

let compute:
dear bill has 500,000,000,000 one dollar note, which are pile 1 on top of the other in one stack
assuming there are 100 notes in 1 cm of stack
500,000,000,000 represent a stack that is 5,000,000,000 cm high, or 50,000,000 m. high or 50,000 km high, or 1/6 of a light second high.
does that answer your question?
