Both are totally different shows. One on One is a comedy whereas One Tree Hill is more of a drama show. One Tree Hill deals with a lot of serious problems. I've watched both, and they're both really good shows, but i think i'm more into One Tree Hill though. :)

One Tree Hill is the best but One on One isn't bad either.
