If you thought to call ur ex that means you still have feelings for him/her...just call, maybe ur call is being waited for...trust ur instincts and follow ur heart

if not, cut him out. is the feelings mutual? if not cut.
if yes, keep as friends, move slowly, observe and let time factor into this relationship. it is not just about senational, it is also the willingness to accept the other if the relationship is difficult.
most of all, are u ready for the next relationship, i mean for eg, i am bad temper, jealous, possessive towards my ex- gfs.. so i make sure i don't as i am seeing a special gal now. := )
