I am 23 yrs and have been trying for a baby for the past 2 yrs. My partner and I have had all the tests done and they have come back fine, but we just can't seem to have a child. We have considered IVF and Adoption but we don't really have that kind of money lying around. I was wondering if there are any tips on how to concieve as we have tried just about everything. I am so depreesed everymonth when I get my period. I just keep thinking that it's me. Maybe I am a bad person thats why I haven't been blessed with a child. Someone Please help me.

Honey, I know you don't want to hear this but you have to relax and be paitent. It will happen. Maybe adoption will be good for you. It will be more special because you have all this love to give someone thst no one else can. Good luck and keep trying and never give up.

Along with the other correct advice about relaxing, not trying too hard etc, we were told have no sex for at least a week before the optimum point for conception, this allows the male to build up a decent reservoir for the 'moment'.

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your fiance to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.

After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.

Get your fiance to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

Kidd. Let me tell you about my grandmother. She couldn't have kids either, Her aunt and uncle died in a car wreck, and she had to take care of their two kids. Then she became pregnant with my mom, and two uncles.
I think, some of the time, we try too hard!
Relax and enjoy your union, kids will come

maybe you're trying so hard that your stress level has caused a change in metabolism and chemistry. instead of having sex to make a baby, try having sex for the fun of it. you'll relax enough that it may happen

Don't worry. it's not your fault.
But since you are so stressed about it,
you should seek counseling.
In my fathers day, he would have said that stress was the cause.
But we know better know.

Talk to the people that can help you.

If you don't have a help organization in your town, let me know and I can help you connect.
