Not with vinalla MSN however!!!
There is an open source version of MSN ( seems better ) that actually uses features in the MSN protocol that normal MSn doesnt use.
It has LOADS of extra features and many useful plugins..
I use it as normal MSN sucks.

you cant tell when anyone was last online via msn as they could have thier profile adjusted to appear offline. try looking at sites that the person may have visited while they were online

NO. You can only tell if they are online at the present. (if they don't have you blocked or signed on "appear offline".

no unfortunately you can only do that on skype...and maybe yahoo messenger im not sure about that but im possitive that you can't see it on MSN. hope i helped you, hun.

no it would be a stupid feature anyway.....what about the person's privacy? i hate that other thing aswell, that THING were you can see if someone's on appear offline
