when ever i rite an exam if i study a lot i get below average if i don study i fail sumtimes when i study hard i still fail ... i need sum tips to study [ especially maths ]

Summerise your work then summerise the summary. Learn the second summery and when revising, if you can't recall by using this, go back to your notes.

Devise ACROSTICS for your work and use these to recall all your work. eg There are five factors responsible for mass movement , if you keep ypur WITS about you you can remember these. Weather, Initial impetus, Texture of the material and Slope.

All Stations To Central tells you the quadrant in which angle ratios are positive.

There are many systems but one of the most important is to understand the work BEFORE you try to learn it. When being taught ASK questions, others usually have the same questions but are too afraid to ask.

Every mind works different so the advice I am going to give you may not work for you. If it does not I am sorry for giving bad advice.
Most of the time when people study hard it is because it is crunch time so they rush through it and try to cram four days worth of reading in their mind in a few hours.
The main idea is a little at the time
You may need to try a different approach. Listen to music or use what you are learning in an open conversation to apply it in a manner that is not quite and boring.
find something that relaxes you and eases your mind so that while you are studying your focus is full because your fears and anxieties are pushed aside.

first of, for me i dont understand the lectures in class, but i still take notes

basically when i study, i go over the examples that the teacher lectures about and thats about it

my math tests are based on the ideas in each of the lesson, but the teacher pretty much goes over the different types of problems

Do not just memorize, you have to understand the concept. That way, no matter how the teacher state the question, you will be able to answer it.

are you really really focus on your work? do like a study buddy thingy get one of your really smart friends and get him and her to quiz you back and forth lol
