Wipro Ltd. Chairman Azim Premji is the richest man in India--worth something over $8 billion.
Hate to split hairs guys, but according to the Forbes "Worlds Richest" list for 2006, Azim Premji comes in at number 25 and Mukesh Ambani at number 56 (see attached links).
If you have better, or later, information please could you provide appropriate links (so I can corroborate - pub quiz people can be very pedantic sometimes)

I am afraid I have not heard anybody 'reachest' yet. Tenzing & Hillary probably because they were the one who reached the 'reachest' on the Himalayas. LOL.

The richest person anywhere is the one who is content with their own status and situation. There are many people who have much wealth and material things, but are never content with what they have and always have to strive to get more. Then there are some who have very little of money or material things, but are very content and happy with what they have. To my way of thinking, it is the second group that is richest of all.
