One, A miscarriage is a horrible thing to experience, byboth the mother and father. It burdens the mother more so, for the simple fact she lost a part of her ... physically. So give a liitle respect to the hundreds of women that go through that hardship a little respect. No,why on Earth would you try to charge a woman with a crime if a natural, yet painful, phenamonon occurrs. Misacarriages happen. As unfortunate as they are they occurr for numerous reasons. An imbalance of hormones, a stressful situation on the body, a chemical im balance, thousands of reasons. To include ignorance.. smoking while pragant, drinking alchol, doing drugs. No abortion isn't murder.. yet. Abortion is a compicated medical procedure. I don't know of any one issue that has split the nation on ideaological questions more other than racial equality. Some believe it's ok to have abortions as means of birth control. Some feel it is absolute murder. I feel they should be used in situations that are strickly governed by circumstance, ie.. rape, incest, and medical conditions. But to destroy a life when it after it was created, we all suffer from the loss. Now there will be idiots that claim the same about masturbation, so be prepared, I am. But once a man and woman conceave about 3-5 days later there is a heart beat.. a heart is beating in that babies chest. There for there must be some form of brain activity.. right? The brain tells out heart when to beat. So, If even brain dead people have the right to live , why doesn't an unborn child? We all have different view points and that is what makes us all important.. hope this helps a little, just my opinion

I have a Question to go with your Question,..

Some people believe every Sperm is a Soul Bringing Life Form and equal to a Human Life. Does that mean these people then think they murder millions when trying for a Pregnancy?

P.S. If you accidently kill someone or PREVENT a life from being saved, you can get a FUN lable and be sentenced for life. So even though this all sounds retarded, Accidental Death gets people in Prison for Murder. Plus if you were to bring this up infront of certain people with Power,.. they could claim you purposely had a Miscarriage or come up with Theories that will only by saying the word Prove prove you did something that caused the Miscarriage and therefore you may have planned to have a miscarriage. Things are Tricky.

no a miscarriage is a death by natual causes.

It is the abortion doctor that is the one guilty of murder.

And of course you are being hateful and trying to cause trouble. You know condoms has nothing to do with murder or abortion.

and yoiu know that abortion kills a living baby. Watch any partial "birth" abortion and you will have not doubt

miscarriage, unlike abortion, is not voluntary and therefore comes under the definition of accidents.
and with the influx of newborn babies in the 3rd world countries, with little hope for decent life, women in these countries should be encouraged to abort, not frightened by religious clerics who promise hell for those poor women. the world has an excess of humans.

*What a strange question to ask. Could it be that you ran out of intelligent things to say? And that is a very insensitive thing to say as many women have suffered miscarriages and have been emotionally affected by it. You should be ashamed of yourself.*

abortion is only murder for some people ,most reasonable people understand that the circumstances dictate the necesity for abortion.
and what about war should soldiers or presedents be charged with mass murder
miscairage is just plain sad nothing else

Miscarriages, for the most part, are a natural occurence. About condoms- you cannot murder someone who isn't even fertilized yet.

a miscarriage is a sad thing that MOST mother don't want to happen. people don't have miscarriage to get rid of a baby just because they are not ready to take care of it. Abortion is murder and that has nothing to do with God.

Aw for gawd's sake...

Abortion is legal, and miscarriages are as natural as a sneeze. Neither will be charged
