Yes....some are very pretty (colourful). Others are almost alien-like (preying mantis) etc...or just plain pesky.
I reckon one of the weirdest ones have got to be the 'Stick insect' or 'Leaf insect'.
They look like the very thin branches of a tree, or a leaf.

Butterflies are pretty, and bees do a great job on pollination. I'm not so keen on horseflies, wasps, headlice and aphids. But insects are here to stay, whether we like them or not, so we might as well find ways to get along!

Sure don't you? How can a group of animals with so many species (beetles constitute 60% of all animal life) and with so much variety of form and function be anything but exciting!!!

for some reason i think ants are cute...and trantulas and those fuzzy worms cuase they are fuzzy...but anything else especially stinging bugs like bees and wasps i hate with a passion...

I like some,I dont like some.
I like stag beetles,rhino beetles,tiger beetlles,fireflies,butterflies,
moths etc.
Insects which I dont like:-
Mosquitoes,roaches,craneflies etc.
