yes its normal semen
bcz it is produced by testes and not the penis
but its some what medical problem that u dont have penis or it is very small
better to consult a good surgen
there r surgeries which can help u if done in time

girl your either joking ie; you can have a child who can grow up to be a sea man or you have some sort of infection, probably thrush or some other yeast infection go to a doctor.
