To love someone simply based on blog posts, pics and messages is to be in love with the impression you get of the person. The only way to know if the love is real (and not built on an illusion) is to meet in person and see if the feelings are the same.
I love and care for a woman that I have never met. We exchange emails, read each others blogs and so on. The feeling I have is real, but I also know that it might not be the same if we ever meet.

Absolutely not.
Love as in forsaking all others?
Love as in 'til death us do part?
Love as in sickness and in health?
Love isn't a warm emotional fug, post an exchange of e-mails, nor is it post-coital tenderness. Love is so may things you will never find in a chat room.
You know nothing else about me other than what I've written here - how do you feel about me? Too little to go on ... or enough to make a live with for the rest of your life judgement?

Attraction or Infatuation maybe but not love. Be carefull. We oftentimes mistake those 2 things with Love

I would rather say this is an infatuation. Be careful, you know nothing about this person and may be infringing on her privacy. She may think your a pr editor and this could bring about res ponces you'd not want to think about.
Contact her and let her know your feelings, if she answers, go from there but, respect her wishes.
