Sure, a clone would still be an individual -- I see no real difference between identical twins and a clone. Each clone would likely develop it's own interests and hobbies and whatnot.

Assuming cloning of humans is allowed and successful, a clone is an identical genetic copy of a person, with a different age, and by that it is more different then an identical twin, who is an exact genetic copy of the exact same age.
since identical twins are allowed to vote i see no reason why clones should not.

Why not, Democrats want to legalize cloning. They refuse to force people to show ID when voting. Dead people vote. Illegals vote. And then they blame Republicans for fraud in Democrat run districts.
