Some times companies have defective batches of DVDs. You may want to look into that (call the company).

I have some DVDs I had problems with,.. it turned out chapters were physically different sizes (I do not know how else to explain,.. on a TV the Height might be off by two intches between one chapter and another) those work on some Computer DVD Players. I guess that happens some times.

Call the Manufacturer and see if any bad batches might be the problem, they will replace your DVDs for free (and some times give you additional stuff to make things up to you). Also check if anyone else has complained about the Seller. And if you Used Amazon, these problems are normal some times >.< That's what I hear, plus people I live nearby didn't get things or got the wrong thing.

Contact the place you bought from next if it's their fault and tell them it's not working,.. or some people overuse DOA.

Clean it with rubbing alcohol and if it still does not ply then take it in for an exchange. You should have thirty days for an exact exchange.
