The best test century according to me is the century scored by I.V.A. Richards of West indies against England in the Wisden Trophy 1985/86 played at Antigua Recreation Grounds, Antingua
played from 11 to 16th April 1986. He scored the century in 56 balls and remained not out with 110 runs facing 58 balls with the help of 7 fours and 7 sixers.

This match proved that Lara was the best batsman in the world. It was in 2002, Cable and Wireless Test Series---Aus vs WI.
WI chasing a target of 200 odd were short of 60 runs. Bowling greats Mc Grath and Warne were operating. The batsman was none other than Brian Charles Lara and and and Curtly Ambrose (no 10 batsman). Soon Ambrose was bowled and came the bowler, Courtney Walsh, to bat (no 11 eleven). Keeping him at the other end, Lara tackled Mc Grath and Warne effortlessly to win the match for WI. Imagine the situation. You feel the spirit of good cricket.

Sachin Tendulkar v Australia, he scored 144 and almost carried his bat as wickets were falling all around him. He single handedley saw off the Aussies when they were at their peak. He truly is the little master.
