i want to know the method of chatting whenever i go to web search for any chatting site then there is a big note that it is neccesary to ur age should be 18 or more than that.

As far chatting doesnt exeed limits it can be
okey i guess .. The main advantages of internet chatting is info will
be known in few seconds and we can have gud time pass if we are
alone . It all depends on how we use in better ways ..
Well the basic disadvantages can be wasting time in un necessary
discussions, some times privacy can also be missutilized as well done 4
some bad purposes like blak mailing
well it has got its won advantags and sdis advantages managing them wd be better to alll
amoungst wat ever we do we shudnt face problem or create problems

It is just a legal formality because of child abuse in chat rooms. If you are under 13/18 they either don't let you enter the chat rooms or redirect you to chat rooms for kids.

chatting has no rule just u meet new ppl and try to make him/jher frd u asked as usual somting abt him/her and then share ur knowledge or personal thinng depemd upon how much u tackle him/her...
this is only way for long time chaating..
