Missing a period is more common than most think, but most times there is an underlying reason. A lot depends on your age and health, but to be honest to stop having to worry why not get the test as your nerves will prevent your periods as well and by taking the test you will know one way or the other and be able to relax at least.

first of all try not to worry as this may delay your period even more do a test just to put your mind at rest

depends on weather you have had unprotected sex, your life style has changed, your eating differently or if you have been under stress only you can make that choice
