Shop around for Furniture and big items, lots of good bargains about. The little touches that make a house a home come in time, so enjoy yourselves and don't stress about what neighbours and friends have. One of the biggest arguments caused between partners is over money.

essentials a bed, washer, cutlery, seating, a microwave for microwave meals. a fridge/frezeer. have you evr thought of asking round friends and family / work friends to see if they have things they don't need anymore. it's a great way for you to live and use while saving up for newer things

Tell all your family and friends you will have them all having a clear out and you probably wont need to buy much at all .People love to help young ones this way.Good luck to you both.

Try IKea ,they do packs that contain cutlery,plates,dishes..most of what u need to set up home and it's not to expensive either..

if you mean housewares..try poundstretcher or tesco..most big stores do them fairly cheaply.
