Goto your tools button at the top of your browser page; click "internet options"; then look for temporary internet files, click "settings"; then "view files". Your cookies will be listed there, remove which ones you want.

Although cleaning utilities such as ccleaner will give you some control over cookies, a dedicated cookie manager may prove more useful. Have a look at Cookie Jar - free, easy to use and only 68kb

Go download WinPatrol . It has option for you to select which cookie
to delete assuming you know the right cookie to retain.

Use a product such as ccleaner.exe (Free at www.download.com)
You can add your wanted cookies to your 'keep' list ( you only have to do this once) and it will just purge the rest for you automatically everytime.

you highlight the ones you want to delete and press the delete button on you keyboard.
in internet options it is under view files, you will see them all listed.
