There are loads of sites out there that can share files. Set you and your mate up and give him / her a password. You post the file. They download it. No one without a password can get in.

How about saving it to a USB memory stick or CF card(Compact Flash) should be a lot cheaper to post and a lot less likely to be damaged in the post.
