To see if the qualifications you have are recognised in Australia, go to:

http://www.immi.gov.au/asri/

This is an Australian government skills recognition website that you can search, and hopefully find information on the specific qualifications you have.

If your qualification is recognised, Australia has some skilled migration programs for areas in which there are skills shortages (education is definitely one of these areas).
