My main is a priest - I want to build an alt that farms and solos well. What's best: hunter, rogue, warlock, or mage for fast farming and fun soloing on pvp server?

Depends on what you're farming. If you're farming for drops, all 4 of those are really good. Rogues don't have as much AoE options as the other 3, but can pick-pocket, which can make up for some nice cash.
If you're farming for materials (herbs, ore, etc.), any of them do well - and a rogue can stealth pick/mine, which is always an advantage. At the high end, you can stealth into BRD and get stacks of dark iron ore - they go about 6-10 gold per 10-stack. (And, let's face it, vanishing away from gankers never hurt either.)

Actually, I have been making quite a bit of gold by fishing. If you can get the recipe for Savory Deviate Delight, you can sell stacks of 20 in the AH for around 4 gold as long as you don't flood the market (Earthen Ring server). All you need to make it is deviate fish and mild spices. The deviate fish can be caught in and near Wailing Caverns (it usually only takes me about 45 minutes to fish up 40 or so) and the mild spices can be bought from a cooking or trade goods vendor for 10 copper. Nice little profit!

Hunter by far, I would say warrioe but its not quite up there, for ur nutral zonw incounter for pvp you can just control your animal froa bit to scout out, then find an enmey and stirke! this is what i do on my shadowsong lvl 60 hunter but its not a pvp so its differnt i guess

Hunter, Skinning as you will kill many beasts adn I am always gettign shouts for Heavy leather adn really ANY other gathering prof. will work
