Since you name Nokia, I figured that would be a great place to go. There is nothing on their website that would indicate this as a feature.
Oddly, Snopes, a popular urban legend website did not list this either. I suspect eventually they will.
With the text numbers that charge per minute fees, I wouldnt dial anything.
If you have any questions about such a feature, call the customer service dept. probably 6-1-1 and they would be able to discuss it in more detail. probably even letting you know how much it costs to dial such a number.

What Rubbish ! There's nothing like that ! Use a charger and don't keep ur bluetooth on as it reduces battery power ! :)
