There is nothing I can change about these now: strange reactions, pointless talks, bad remarks... it's all in the past!

Well past is history. you may have behaved like an idiot but this doesn't mean that you should always relate these things with your's present and future. Just see what you have done wrong and try not to repeat. Don't feel guilty about that because only you are thinking and no one else and why it's hurting you. Start a day with wide smile and to do some thing wrong is completely human. Always thing about positive side and have a good company so you will not remember old things.

You are depressed. If you want to go to extremes to get help then look for Psych Help and Councleing.

You may have other problems, problems from people doing bad to you.

This might be something that will go away on it's own.

Whatever you do, do not listen to people with Herb and OTC Vitamin/Medication/Supplement/Etc suggestions like " Saint John's Wart". Those things interfer with other medicaine. Research will say one thing but people will say another because they "heard" a friend of a friend of a friend of a friend of a friend... did well so other people think it must work for them some how and they heard from people that they heard from people that there was research done. But these things are not actually approved by the FDA and haven't been found to do correctly and if they do have any effect they will not approve things and say test are right becuse the companies do not make consistent... (so one dosage of 100 mg might be 1% the ingrediant you want in it and another 100% and another in the bottle 10% and another 15%,...) this is VERY unsafe.

That happens to me a lot as well. One of the great things about the human mind, though, is that you can change your thought-processes by changing your behavior. If you refuse to dwell on past mistakes when they pop into your head, they'll eventually stop popping into your head so often.

The thing about the past is that it's unalterable. You could live for a million more years and never be able to change what happened yesterday. The only reason we remember the mistakes of the past AT ALL is so that we can change the present. After all, the present is the only thing we can change. If you dwell on the mistakes of the past too much then your hurting the present, which will soon become a regrettable past.

Karina, you need to do whats called a *pattern interrupt*. Whenever you consciously know that you are thinking about all the times you may have not acted like yourself, i. e. like an idiot, simply clap your hands. *clap* and say out loud, Stop!. Its better to do this in public, then you have more mental leverage to stop these inconsistent thoughts about yourself. If you continue, you will actually feel silly and you'll smile. This will put you in a better state of mind, positive, and you will get more distance from these thoughts that now bug you. I had to do this myself, so I know from experience.
Its called a "Pattern Interrupt" and anyone who has studied Neuro Linguistic Programming can tell you more about it.

It's normal, the good news is that you learned and grew, accept your mistakes as hard lessons, and congratulate yourself for knowing that they are mistakes, a lot of people just repeat the mistakes over and over and never grow. I say you are on the right track, but do take some time to think of the things you did right and learn from them also.

Realize that you have learned from those times and you are now wiser. Now forgive yourself for acting stupid, there's no reason obsess about it, you can't go back and change anything.
