No. There are vector neutron particles in space, not dust. And they wouldn't touch you because of the reverse magnetic polarity in the static electricity your body generates.

No there is not much dust or dirt. Density in space is measured in like atoms per square meter. But if you were traveling very very fast in space and collided with a tiny rock, the force of the impact would be like getting shot by a missle or something worse so it's probably a good idea to have some kind of way to deflect particals.

Depends on how fast you travel and where you travel. Obviously, if you flew through the asteroid belt, it would more like smacking Mack trucks instead of sandblasting. On the other hand, the Perseid and Orioneid meteor showers are because the Earth is traveling through the remnants of comet tails, which consist of bits of dust, small pebbles, and ice.
Likewise, going through the Kuiper belt, which is the nursery for many of our comets, involves running into all sorts of dwarf planets like Eris, the object formerly known as Xena.

That's like asking if you have any gas in that empty tank.
Space is not a vacuum and it has an average of 1 atom per cubic centimeter. You would have to move close to the speed of light to be affected.

it is estimated that most of the mass of the universe is in dark matter, but vast clouds of dust can be observed in space, especially when the clouds are lighted by stars.

There is dust, but it is spread far and with no gravity there is little to no friction.
