Some program files such as online game files cannot defragment

unless they are fragmented in first place they wont defragment.defragment = is to fix files that have fragments scattered all over the hard drive.so if not scattered but rather all in one spot they dont defragment.not broke.

Generally a file will not defragment if it is open. Some programs do not close properly either e.g. I have shut down everything and still Acrobat32.exe is running and Google toolbar. Most defraggers will not touch "OPEN" files.

there's no more space for the file to rearange!you need to delete some file before you can try defraging again coz you need a certain free available space to defrag if you dont have it's not gonna work.

Any program (or file) currently running (or opened by a running program) simply cannot be removed. Plus most of the system files (processes)!!!

You must of somehow deleted it. If you want to try, e-mail me and I'll see if I can send you the file; just put it in the same folder as the game.

i believe bad sectors dont defrag right
