The situation:
I am currently renting a house with my friend and her boyfriend. Just over a month ago, the boyfriend's friend starts staying here because he was kicked out of HIS girlfriend's place for reasons unknown. He was supposed to be here for a couple nights, which stemmed into a couple weeks, which turned into just over a MONTH now. He eats our food, gets home extremely late and makes noise when I have to be up at 6am every day, and most annoying of all, he actually had the nerve to have a bunch of friends over that I didn't even know when my other roommates left for a weekend. We have not recieved ANY money from him.

My roommates don't seem to think it's as huge of a problem as I do, and are telling me that they don't want to "kick him on the curb". He has had more than enough time to find a new place. I don't feel like it's my place to be kicking him out since it's my roomie's friend - but this is getting to be a HUGE hassle.

I want him OUT. What can I do?

By the way, he does have a full-time job, despite the fact that I haven't seen any money from him.

I know how you must feel. You don't won't to be the bad guy and kick him out and maybe cause friction with your roommate, but you probably get tired of the inconvience he is causing by being there.
Did your roomate tell him he could live there or just stay there for a few days, or what? I would try again to talk to your roommate and tell her that you would really appreciate it if she would ask him to find his own place, if she doesn't tell him talk to him and tell him that it's an inconvience for him being there that you are going to give him a week at the most to find another place. After that put your foot down and kick him out.

Go to the person whose friend he is and TELL them how you feel, and that they have a choice between YOU and HIM,but before I did this I would make sure I had a place to go.OR you could tell your roommate, that his friend needs to start being more considerate of others and start paying his fair share,it is not YOUR place to support HIS friend. This is really what I would do.I have been in somewhat the same situation, speak up!

tell him he has 1 wk to get his stuff together and get out if he says he has nowhere to go tell him to go and stay with one of those people had over tell the other roomies to (that he does have a place to stay) and the roomates might have told him that you want him out so get ready for drama and i would scedule a lunch date for privacy because the other people in the house might get into it and if you have to- give him a few hundred dollars to get on his feet believe me you wont miss the money its worth the peice!!!
