without a fog machine or dry ice? help. are there any mixtures i can make that have ingredients i can get at walmart or in my household

I know you said you want to know how without using a fog machine or dry ice but I just wanted to tell you that if price is an issue, I saw a fog machine at Wal-mart the other day for about $12. I thought that was pretty cheap! Sorry, if this doesn't help. :-)

You can buy a fog machine and dry ice at a wal mart.
Those are the only two choices

sorry, I don't think there's anything safe to breathe that you can make without the machine or dry ice.
But dry ice is usually easy to get, check the phone book.

If you can find a co2 fire extinguisher .. we used that in a play when I was in H.S
