NO...
Besides the Queen of England, there are also reigning kings or queens in:
Spain (king)
Holland (queen)
Denmark (queen)
Sweden (king)
Norway (king)
Belgium (king)
Monaco (prince)
Liechtenstein (grand duke)
Luxembourg (grand duke)
Then you have the moslem countries:
Morroco
Jordan
Saudi Arabia
and most of the Emirates on the Persian Gulf (Sultans & Emirs = equivalent to kings)
also in the Far East:
Japan (Emperor)
Thailand (king)
Nepal (king)
Brunei (sultan)
Certain smaller countries in Polinesia & Melanesia and Africa may be governed by chieftains equivalent to kings, but I would have to look those up, as I am not familiar with them...
I think these are all, but I might have forgotten one or two along the way...
P.S. Andorra is not a monarchy, it has a unique system by which it is governed jointly between France and Spain.
