I am curious to know how these were before and changes it happens afterwards. I need good & correct answers only.

the labias (majora and minora) start to become larger and darker (pigmented). the pubic hair that started out wispy becomes more thick and coarse and starts from the top of the vagina and begins to surround the perineum and extends to the anus. the vagina begins to lengthenand enlarge (to accomodate a penis or other objects) and the bartholins glands start to produce lubrication for intercourse. hair begins to grow up to the navel. breast buds now start to become more pointy (from flat) and the nipples begin to enlarge. the aerola's begin to enlarge. the breasts begin to fill out until they stop growing. the clitoris become more sensitive to stimulation and self orgasms are more prevalent. good luck...

nothing happens to the urinary tract....and nothing to the vagina really..and when a girl becomes a woman it's because she started her period....and changes happened in her uterus and fallopian tubes and I'm sure there are more hormones fluttering around too...
