Doing or saying anything with someone other than your mate that you would not do in front of your mate with the other person. That includes hugging, kissing, talking to, meeting them to go out and eating, going to movies, talking on the phone ....anything that you wouldn't do or say in front of your mate is cheating.

What ever you do with another person other than your mate....think about how you would feel if that was your mate doing that behind your back with another person...how would you feel? If you don't want them to do it, then you don't do it. Even if you are going to meet a "friend" just to talk or go for a walk, wrong wrong, unless your mate is there with you when you go to meet that other person.

Cheating is when a couple is committed and one or both of them desire to be intimate with someone else and pursues this. It doesn't even have to include sex; but almost anything is forgiveable except for the act.

If you are doing anything with someone you don't want your partner to know about ,chance's are you are cheating .I don't think it has to be physical ,If it is taking away from the marriage and giving to another person it is cheating.
