I have not heard of a miller component, but there is in electronics a Miller Effect. This is the effect of an amplifier across a component which multiplies is conductive effect by (1+A), where A is gain of the amplifier. It was considered a nuisance in tube circuts, since while plate capacitance was normally very low, if the tube was in a high gain circuit, the miller effect would increase the capacitance to high enough values to impact high-frequency performance. Nowadays with integrated circuits, the miller effect can be used to generated large values of capacitance from small capacitors.

I am (I tought) pretty good at electronics and electrical in general but you stumped me on this one, sorry I will definately "google" this one, and check back later for other answers, you know, "Inquiring minds need to know"
