No it doesn't hurt to be dead. You will be in heaven. It can hurt sometimes if you get a disease like cancer to name one is painful and a slow death. It's the sickness that hurts not the death. Death is more just like someone slipping away. As far as I have been able to tell I haven't died yet.

Yes ! It is ! I am a Vet by profession with an experience more than 30 years ....unfortunately as a part and parcel of profession I have witnessed many deaths of Animals ....and I haven't seen a single death which was not painful so far ! Believe me !!!

I guess it how you die to how painful but yes dying is usually painful but once you are dead it don't hurt.

i haven't felt thanx GOD but i think its not painfull. its more painfull whom u leave behind after ur death. i don't think it hurts. death is like a gift to u as it proves that u r the best creature of the special god. but its real hard 4 ur family .

Well, having died so many times, i can honestly say, that nah, it's cool. You just breeze through it. Half the time, i don't even realise I'm dead.

depending on d manner of ur death..
if its slow & painful, im sure its torture
but if its real fast then not 2 much..

I can't imagine how it could be. It might be painful to die under certain circumstances, though.
