What seats other than factory made can i use on my datsun 280ZX?

I had a freind install seats from a new 350 Z in his 280 last year after only slight mods to the frame rails and instal points of the seats. He had a car shop do all the welding and instal for him pretty cheap and the seats came from a totalled salvage car for hardly any cost at all, dont know if that helps or no.
