I am in the Central Time Zone...if all my clocks say 1:15 am now, what will they say once the time change hits at 2. Will it be 12:15 or 2:15?

At 2:00 it will be moved back to 1:00 - then in fifteen minutes after that it will be 1:15 am. Which would have been 2:15 without the time change.

You turn the clock back 1 hour at 2 am to be exact- I think the only place that does non change is Arizona- After you change the clock from 2 am to 1 am it is 1 am-D

The easiest way to remember is Spring forward, Fall Back,,in other words in the Spring time we turn out clocks forward ie)2:00am we turn the clocks to 3:00am in the Fall we turn the clocks back 2:00am we turn the clocks to 1:00am. I know this whole concept is nuts but it used to be necessary but not any longer. Hope that helps.

One year I set them ahead instead of back. Thank God I didn't have to work that day. LOL! I wondered why the TV shows were all on at the wrong time. Duh!
