Yes, it is called SCAN ( Secret Control of All Nerds ) and it tells the members of Congress how to vote on all issues. It also selects candidates and tells the workers at voting places how to collect and count the ballots.

Be careful when you use your computer because SCAN is there to see everything you do.

Given the mixed outcomes of most election, it seems unlikely. Very few things manage to remain secret in our country, even things with national security implications. I don't think it would be possible.

Do you really think upper class people would have low morals and cheat in anyway? That's damn right they don't!

It's not a secret.

ALL political organizations use all sorts of tricks to shape the vote, from Gerrymandering to giving some districts crappy voting machines to disenfranchising large portions of the (oppositions) population.
