i'm not sure what you mean exactly by positive and negative personality, from what i can understand negative personality can have no strength at all, and positive as much as it can get.

+ve personality : happy life because of his attitude towards life
-ve : always sad
+ve : more energy and intersting hings to do
-ve: always a loser
+ve: Glass is half filled with water
-ve: Glass is half empty
+ve: makes other happy and motivate the team is a leader
-ve: demotivates so even a bad team mate
