Too vague a question, not enough info
I suggest you check for belting slippage
and try adjusting the legs to stabilize it
Or it could be the bearings need bit of grease
Hope these will be of some help to you

There is no oil cup or drum roller on a GE dryer. There is a teflon rear bearing and front glides and an idler pulley keeping tention on the belt that can be squeeking. Some GE dryers have a nylon socket in the rear bearing that could be worn.
It is not a good idea to allow the squeeking to continue and even if it "goes away" you should give it prompt attention before it turnes into a more costly repair which it will.

It is a GE Dryer, that is the problem.
I wonder if GE could make appliances if they were not supported by builder and others who want the buy the cheapest just they can.
My experience with GE appliances:
Dishwasher - always noisy, leaks after 4 years, leaves dishes dirty after 5 years, replaced after 6. The Maytag is rubnning for 10 years reliably
Washer - Lasted 5 years and transmission broke. - Speedqueen lasted 12 years.
Dryer - dumped it with the washer on the principle.
refrigerator (Great Aunt) - has a 1950s for years, replaced it with one in the 1990s and dumped it 3 years later for the noise.

I like GE appliances because they are easy for the cutomer to fix. Unfortunately GE no longer has customer support for this. I have only had 2 GE dryers in 32 years. I had to replace my old one after 31 years so I am on my second. That said it sounds like the belt. This really isn't too expensive to have a repairman fix, but if you want to attempt it yourself I recommend www.repairclinic.com
Good luck!

there is an oil cup on the back of the dryer drum. there should be a small hole made specifically for filling this. you will need a special oil bottle which is available at an appliance repair or parts shop for very little money. when you are getting this ask the appliance repair guy exactly where this cup is located on your particular model of machine.
