Who sings that song on the XM Satellite commercial?

Question

In the television commercial, the music starts with a piano intro and hot air balloons floating to the top of the screen. Then a female singer starts in: "If I kiss you will it....if I kiss you will it make you feel better...better..."

I've tried searching for the lyrics and nothing comes up. That leads me to believe I'm not hearing the words correctly. Any info you have would be helpful. Thanks!
