There had better not be any weather women benifiting around here. Our existing exisiting women are proteced by their rights!

It is very difficult to say as to what extent the women will be benefited. In India marriage is not a contract rather it is a spiritual relation. Marriage life go on with love and affection. There may be dispute between the husband and wife many times but days after one or two it goes away. Under such circumstances, if a wife shelters law and police station, naturally there will be a conflict between which cannot be presumed to go away quickly. Thus I do not see the present laws much benefited to women.

Yes they are benefitting to a certain extend but education plays an important role in any society. Women should be eduacated enough to understand their rights, so that they can fight for the same. All countries should try and get all their women folks educated, without which they wont know what their rights are.
