Yes, it is hard to pharmacy school. Acceptance rates are about 1:9. You'll need very good grades and PCAT scores to be accepted.
You are still in high school, for pharmacy you might want to check out programs which accept you directly from high school.

Probably between 5-6 years if you take four classes each semester. Probably less if you attend in summer.
Don't care about time, just go for it. Once you're in college, time goes by like crazy. One day a new semester is beginning, and the next is almost ending. It has happened to me most Fall semesters.

1 minute or 4 years- depending on your pov..
Chemistry is just like biology, english, math etc..
The degrees are 4 years (or 2 for an ASSOCIATES AT A COMMUNITY COLLEGE).

it takes 4-5 years to get a bachelor's degree in chemistry. and i've heard that pharmacy school is tough, but i'll bet it's no tougher than med school, vet school, or dental school.

Although you're probably set on pharmacy, why not consider homeopathy or herbs. They really are the way to help people without taxing their livers to death, etc. That's my opinion anyway!
