I would make my downstairs neighbor disappear, so that my wife and I can get some sleep on the weekends. He has freinds over until about 3AM.

My estranged husband. Then I do not have to wait 1 year to get fair & adequite settlemen, no going to courts. My doughter will be a happier person as there will be no more treats, manipulations & verbal abuse.
