In the Fall, we turn back the clocks at 2am to 1am (so do the shows at 1AM get repeated. In the Spring, we move the clocks forward an hours at 2am to 3am (so do the 2am shows get skipped)?

In the fall, shows are not repeated. Instead, other shows are placed in for the second "1 o'clock".
In the spring, yes, the "1 o'clock" shows are skipped.

For round the clock channels it doesn't matter what time the show is at. Normally the onlything cut is an infomercial. For other channels the channel goes off and starts with no problem either. In the case of payperview channels there are no set show times so they can schedule things so that they always work out.

The TV stations adjust their clocks just as you do yours.

In the listings of shows & times there might be a little bit of miss information at the time of the change of clocks.

But shows should follow one another.
