ok, you know how they have that fog stuff like witches have. is there a mix i can make to do that other than using dry ice?

If you don't want to use dry ice you could consider buying or just renting a fog machine. There are many different kinds, but the basic principle is that you put "fog juice" into the machine that heats this special solution and and pumps it out as fog. Check party rental places and DJ and music equipment shops both to buy and to rent. Costume shops may carry them too.
