Maintain with a good additive, frequent service. Also I don't know if this is good advise, but I use the turbo hard quite often, and it runs like a charm,a fast charm.

U can do so many things. Don't boost ur turbo for no reason and do not over boost the turbo. Better to run with a turbo timer to keep the oil level (oil catch can). Boost gauges are good indicators. Install a BOV (blow off valve) to release the excess air in the turbo. This will reduce turbo lag
