Everytime I try to uninstall it my computer freezes....how can I uninstall it without wiping out my hard drive....

If your having problems with using the uninstaller provided with roxio, you might try just manually uninstalling Roxio.
To do this follow these steps:
1. click start
2. click control panel
3. double click add or remove programs
4. find roxio program
5. click on program
6. click on remove (it is a button that appear on the right hand side of the screen in line with the program).
Note: if your computer has something going on like too many files or a virus or ect. then it could still take a bit of time before the program unistalls. The good thing is if your computer is going slow because it has too little storage, this will help.

There may be many reasons for this problem. I can give you a link that deals with hard drive problems. Some hard drive problems can be easily fixed yourself by using easily available tools. I found the info at http://fixit.in useful

try using your install cd it has the unistall on it
