You would leave him for that??? HOW do you know he was doing anything other than eating?? Give him the benefit of the doubt, ASK HIM ABOUT IT!! maybe it was totally innocent. or has he given you other reasons to think he is being unfaithful??
I would do some of my own detective work before I would up and leave, I would need more to go on than just someone seeing him eating out with someone.

Cheating is only a symptom that is showing you there is a problem in your marriage. A man cheats because of the way another woman makes him feel, and seldom do they leave their wife for the other woman; however, when the wife finds out they usually leave them immediately, and in my opinion, rightfully so. I can only tell you what I would do. I'd pack my things and tell him, "I know you are cheating on me, and now you have your freedom so you don't have to sneak around and make me look foolish." You will hurt for a while, but things will get easier with time. I would not want to be with a man that was not committed to me. Take care of you...

Well, there are so many unstated details...
My sister-in-law used to say that she didn't care where her husband got his appetite as long as he ate at home. Well, I say if a man hangs around the bakery long enough he'll go inside and eat that doughnut. BTW, he ate out alot, and they divorced.
At least, he's created great distrust.
Hopefully, your husband hasn't had sex with another woman yet, and this is just the beginning. If so, you have to confront him about it (and, he'll probably lie like Clarence Thomas) and draw a hard boundary line...maybe even boot him out of the house for a month or so until he gets his emotional bearings straight.

I think this is a gender specific question. You might get a different answer from the gang if it was man asking the question about his wife.
The question says he was seen. You need to consider the source and talk to husband about the incident.
Make life changing decision when all the details are know and after contemplating the fallout.

Your writing us on what to do, and you have NOT fully and completely talked this over with YOUR husband? What kind of marriage do you have? Are you positive the person who told you this is positive it was YOUR husband? This is a serious accusation, and it means staying married or not. Your husband has to mean more to YOU than just asking us our opinion? Let us know the truth when all is talked over OK? A good rule to live by is-FOLLOW YOUR GUT FEELING, IT USUALLY IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!

It doesn’t matter anymore.
I used to sit and wonder to myself,
what it was, I did so wrong.
Could I have treated you different?
or wrote you, a beautiful song.
I loved you with all of my heart,
and I believed, you truly loved me.
You used to say, I was your true love,
and there was no place, you’d rather be.
How could a love so wonderful and pure,
change, from the day we first met.
Was it I, who did you wrong,
or a friend, I will never forget.
But now, it truly doesn’t matter anymore,
why, you hurt and cheated on me.
Because I know, deep in my heart,
It wasn’t I, who cheated on thee.
So I just want you to know,
that if you ever, think of us two.
My life was truly changed, my dear,
and I deserve, a lot better than you.

Not if you love him. You catch him out eating with her again and walk up on them and say " hi honey what's for dinner and sit down next to your husband and introduce yourself as his wife to the slut. Do it all with a smile and grace. Teach him a lesson or two ride the wave and hold on to your man because these days and times if your not fighting for that man your going to be fighting for the next. Good Luck hun

Damn, thought it said he was seen eating out another woman.
Oh well, either way that is something that should be taken care of.

you have to ask yourself is he the cheating type? no one knows you're husband more than you!! 2nd of all have you been having problems in you're marriage? has he been the same toward you or has he been distant? what does you're woman's intuition tell you? Talk to him about your suspicion and if hes honest ask him what it is that he wants. BUT if you know hes lying send his sorry *** packing and do what you must for yourself.

so you think that eating out means he is cheating? Have you asked him for an explaination? He must be stupid to be in public.
Only leave him if he cheated and he isnt' sorry about it
