You should tell her how you feel. If you dont, you may spend the rest of your life thinking what if? There has to be a reason for her saying those things to you. I think it would be better if you did tell her how you feel in person. Maybe take her to a nice dinner or something along those lines to set the mood. Like I said you dont want to spend the rest of your life thinking "what if?"

Telling her your feelings might possibly be the scariest thing you could do -- men are not especially wired to communicate in that fashion the way women seem to be.
However, it is something you will need to do. You will find that women are quite receptive to hearing about a man's feelings (as long as you do not curl up in the fetal position and cry like a baby, of course -- she wants sensitive, not infantile).
Remember that in things like this there is a chance that you will be hurt -- that chance comes with the territory, but don't let it paralyze you. However, there seems to be a greater chance that she won't reject you. If what you have written is true, then she is bending over backwards dropping you hints about how she feels about you. Let's cite a few examples -- she says that you are her "sexy man," that one day she'll marry you, says that she misses you. Trust me, a woman will not tell somebody she likes only as a friend that.
Summon up the courage and tell her, but don't keep her waiting...

In the end you'll come to realize that most of your regrets
in life are for things you didn't do not for the things you did. Don't add this one to the list! You'll never know how she really feels unless you tell her how you feel. What will you regret more; Never saying a word because your afraid of rejection? Or finding out for sure so your not wondering the rest of your life? Go for it....

It seems that she too loves you.Even, Friendship can be defined as a Love. There's nothing wrong in a friend turning lover.Go and surprise her with a short and sweet gift.Express with ur feelings that how much u love her.The way u express ur feeling matters.Surely, she would accept it.There's no use of keeping ur love in heart.Express it!! It will really work. All the best!!!!

life is full of uncertainty. go for what you want. be prepared to let go. maybe not the right time or place, but you have to be true to yourself.
Let her know how you feel. It hurts when she doesn't act or react, how you want. Again, be true to yourself. that may be what she wants to see. lucky you, in that case. It wasn't for me. Life goes on, be happy you tried.
