Just which truth are you looking for??? There are a number of them in the presentation. It is obviously presented with an anti-Semitic bias but contains some very deep insights.
1. Any Judeo-Christian-Islam based religion allows killing "for the
cause". "holy war", "jihad", "crusade".
2. In the examples given by the material, replace idolater with
infidel and what are you reading? The Koran or the
Hebrew-Christian bible?
3. Put in the "Christian" eye for an eye and all those who believe
in any of those doctrines are justified in killing anyone upon
whom they tag with the necessary label.
4. It would be difficult for the Israelis to manufacture an
"ethnobomb" targeted at Arabs because that would mean
killing the majority of themselves.
Remember, the Jews were Arabs and always have been.

There seems to be a modern day problem in distinguishing
race from religion.

I have a hard time believing that there is anything called an "ethnobomb". There isn't enough difference between the genes of an Arab and a Jew to make such a project work. Biological agents don't normally go around performing complex tests to see if the person it's trying to kill is a Muslim or a Jew. I'm real-l-l-ly skeptical about this one.
I don't know if the others are true or not. This is absolutely the first time I have heard these stories. Your guess is as good as mine.

I don't know if this is true of not. I have a hard time accepting most everything I hear or read these days. I don't think anyone really knows what is going on.

If you want to know for sure, follow up on the sources. They list them all at the beginning of the video.
